Rev. DAVE ROCHFORD

As Lead Pastor, Dave is accountable for advancing an inspiring vision for the congregation and guiding the laity and staff in the shared work of making disciples of Jesus Christ. He leads the ministry-staff team and is primary on prayerfully directing the worship life of the Church. Dave also attends to community and ecumenical relationships, is actively engaged in the ministry of pastoral care and administers the Agape Fund, which provides emergent support to congregants in circumstances of sudden or exceptional need. Rev. Meghan Roth Clayton

Meghan is a part of the pastoral team and regularly preaches, engages in worship leadership, and provides pastoral care. As such, she coordinates pastoral care ministry, relating to and developing lay-led congregational care ministries including Stephen Ministry, Shepherd’s Fold, CARE team, Congregational Care, Memorial Garden, Respite Care, etc. She also provides primary pastoral outreach to those who are unable to regularly take part in the congregational life of the church while also stewarding the Pastors' Benevolence Fund. Troy creates a faith community at Williamsburg United Methodist Church committed to becoming mature disciples of Jesus Christ. He guides our congregation on this path so that disciples can grow their faith and spiritual gifts through prayer, Bible study, stewardship, evangelism, and mission. Troy is the liaison with both the United Women in Faith and the United Methodist Men and provides oversight for the church’s Family Ministries. Zach Griggs

Zach provides relevant and intentional ministry for all families to include children, youth, and their parents/guardians. He champions ministries that serve the families of Williamsburg United Methodist Church and the community of Williamsburg through Messy Church, Sunday School, various Youth Activities, and our Summer Family Ministries. Lou-Anne Smith
Director of Music Ministries and Worship Arts

Lou-Anne directs and supervises the music and other worship arts activities for all Church Ministries. She manages membership and support for adult Orchestra, Bell, and Vocal Choirs and maintains the church’s music library and equipment. Lou-Anne also serves as the music and arts consultant for Sunday School, Summer Family Ministries, Youth Group, Messy Church, Respite Care, and other settings for ministry. Music Ministries and Worship Arts
As Associate Director of Music Ministries and Worship Arts, Anthony develops, directs, and supervises music ministries for children and youth, including children's vocal choir(s) (kindergarten-grade 5), youth vocal choir (grades 6-12), children and youth handbell choirs, and youth praise band. Anthony also provides musical and worship arts leadership for Messy Church, Summer Fun, Summer Music Camp, Vacation Bible School, and children’s Moment of Teaching during Sunday service.
Early Childhood Music School

Thomas Marshall
Organist
Tom is the primary organist for the church’s two regularly- scheduled Sunday morning services, Sanctuary Choir rehearsals, and any other special services. He also oversees the organ music library and approves use of the sanctuary organ by members and/or the community. Tom also teaches gifted organ students. To read his bio, click here.

Michelle roy
Director of Congregation and Community Engagement

Michelle is responsible for connecting the congregation and community through outreach and digital engagement with the ministries of WUMC. She establishes and supervises all church communication programs utilizing church newsletters, website, e-mail, and social media platforms. Michelle plays a vital role in connecting the congregation and community with over 90 ministries that they can become engaged with through their prayers, gifts and service.

Josh is responsible for all video, audio, lighting, and graphics for Williamsburg United Methodist Church services and events. He plays a vital role in fostering connections with our online community through enhanced digital ministry and live streaming of all worship services and special events. Josh produces video highlighting the many ministries of the congregation at the church.

CORNELIA JUDE

Cornelia (Conny) is responsible for the overall management and operation of Williamsburg United Methodist Church’s Respite Care Ministry which provides social engagement and stimulating activities for dependent seniors in a safe and secure setting to maximize their cognitive & social abilities. Conny handles everything from fundraising, financial oversight, HR and Grant Management to marketing, public relations, and caregiver support for this important ministry.

Laura is responsible for all daily operations, curriculum oversight, teacher training and development, finances, PR and marketing, student enrollment, hiring and HR, and fundraising for KMO. Greg is responsible for administration of the Financial Accounting Systems of the Williamsburg United Methodist Church and manages all building facilities and equipment for the church. Greg also oversees all contracted IT Services as well as work conducted by contracted vendors and volunteers.

Nethea performs various bookkeeping, accounting, and account analysis duties for the church including finance statements, pledges, and contributions. She also provides a wide variety of support services for the various committees and ministries of the church.

Nancy is the primary face of Williamsburg United Methodist Church for visitors and congregation connections with the church. When she’s not answering phones or greeting members/visitors, she’s providing vital support to a wide variety of ministries, committees, and staff. Nancy prints our weekly bulletins, maintains various church calendars, manages room reservations, scheduling, and other crucial administrative items that allow the church to carry out its many ministries.
