Sundays at 4:45 PM | Fellowship Hall
Join us at THE TABLE, a new and informal worship experience where community and faith come together in a relaxed, welcoming environment. At THE TABLE, we believe that some of the best conversations happen when we share a meal together, which is why our time begins with a potluck supper, inviting you to enjoy food and fellowship with others. It’s not just about the meal, though – it’s about creating a space where everyone feels at home, whether you're new to church, exploring your faith, or looking for deeper connection.
Expect a mix of lively discussion, thought-provoking stories, and creative elements like music and videos that inspire and challenge. We’ll dive into meaningful conversations around relevant topics, explore different forms of response to the Word, and share in community as we grow together. THE TABLE is more than just a service – it’s a chance to build relationships and explore faith in a supportive and engaging setting.
Come as you are and get ready to experience church in a whole new way. We can’t wait to meet you and share in this journey together!
Kids’ Participation: Children are welcome to join at The Table or engage in their specially designed space, that we call the "Prayground," where they can connect in ways that resonate with them.
Meal Sharing: We invite you to bring a dish to share if you’re able.
Nursery drop off is available in our Seedlings Classroom from 8:00am through the end of our 11:00am service. To reach the Seedlings classroom for nursery drop-off, enter through the glass doors at the Banner Entrance from our back parking lot. Once inside, proceed down the hall to the left. At the end of the hall, take a left turn, and the Seedlings classroom will be the first room on your right.
Everything is welcome from casual to dressy. You will find some people dressed in jeans and a shirt, while others wear their Sunday best -- as well as everything in between. We welcome you to dress however you feel most comfortable.
WUMC welcomes people of all ages, races, gender identities, sexual orientations, and political affiliations to full participation in the life and leadership of the church. When we say "All Are Welcome" we mean it.
Parking is available in our rear lot and along Jamestown Road/Cary Street on Sundays (7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.). Use the Banner Entrance from the rear lot or front doors if street parking. All entrances are barrier-free.
