The addition of a new baby at home may create many joys and challenges; the involvement of relatives, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and many others can be instrumental in supporting families with a newborn. In the midst of big change, it can be hard for new parents to care for their own health- mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. It too can be hard for others to know how, when, and where to help.
