Let’s take a positive stride towards a healthier lifestyle! Our Chair Fitness Group meets each Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at WUMC.

 

Together, we experience sessions crafted with care, featuring heart-boosting chair aerobics, muscle-strengthening light weight training, and equilibrium-enhancing balance exercises.

 

Who Can Join?

Whether you're a senior seeking a fitness boost or someone simply eager to stay active, everyone is welcome to be part of this wellness journey!

 

What to Bring:

Wear comfortable clothes, bring light weights if you have them, and don't forget your water bottles - hydration is essential.
