Heike Williams

Respite Care Manager

Office: (757) 920-5537

Heike's journey with our Respite Care program began in April 2021 when she volunteered her time and heart to support individuals with special needs. Motivated by her passion for this meaningful work, Heike officially joined our staff in May 2022. Her dedication and leadership skills quickly propelled her into the role of Respite Care Manager by September of the same year.

Originally from Germany, Heike's path intertwined with her husband Roberto's military service, bringing them to Williamsburg in the spring of 2021. Their daughter Tracy's relocation to the United States prior to their move made it a serendipitous blessing for the family.

Heike brings a wealth of experience to her role, having spent 11 years in Germany working in various capacities, from caregiver to supervisor/manager, in a private Dementia House. It was there that she discovered her true calling and passion for supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Her genuine love and nurturing spirit shine through in every interaction, making her an invaluable asset to our ministry and a beacon of compassion for all she serves.

Heike cherishes the opportunity to work alongside our dedicated staff and members at Williamsburg United Methodist Church, expressing her joy and gratitude for being part of our community.
